Ms. Rafidah Omar completed two courses at SSA Culinary Institute.
Ms Rafidah Omar wants to utilize her newly acquired skills as a living and make it a stepping stone to change her life path.
The food and beverage training course (F & B) she attended at the SSA Culinary Institute, which is payable using SkillsFuture credit, has recently become a platform for her to deepen her “baking” skills in the kitchen.
Ms. Rafidah, 54, has completed two courses of cake making and bread under the management of SSAGroup.
Now she wants to start a business selling food and cakes in small quantities and intend to continue to further upgrade in the future.
