Research and monitor sectorial skill trend, customer demand and the competitive landscape to support sales strategy development
Research and analyse client’s business needs to identify sales opportunities
Cross-sell / upsell training solutions to existing clients based on their needs
Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders within the client’s organisation
Develop new accounts within assigned sectors of business segments
Prepare sales proposal and quotations
Provide responses to client’s enquiries and feedback
Regularly monitor and report on sales metrics (e.g. Sales Achieved vs Sales Target)
Achieve assigned sales goals
Suggest actions to improve personal and team sales performance
Job Requirements
Candidate with at least 2 years of Corporate Sales Experience is preferred but those without are also welcomed to apply
Experience in a training solution sales, will be an added advantage
Able to identify and connect with key decision makers for enterprise Learning and Development
Sales-driven and results-oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Great interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Coachable
