Account Manager (Corporate Sales)


Job Description

  • Research and monitor sectorial skill trend, customer demand and the competitive landscape to support sales strategy development
  • Research and analyse client’s business needs to identify sales opportunities
  • Cross-sell / upsell training solutions to existing clients based on their needs
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders within the client’s organisation
  • Develop new accounts within assigned sectors of business segments
  • Prepare sales proposal and quotations
  • Provide responses to client’s enquiries and feedback
  • Regularly monitor and report on sales metrics (e.g. Sales Achieved vs Sales Target)
  • Achieve assigned sales goals
  • Suggest actions to improve personal and team sales performance

Job Requirements

  • Candidate with at least 2 years of Corporate Sales Experience is preferred but those without are also welcomed to apply
  • Experience in a training solution sales, will be an added advantage
  • Able to identify and connect with key decision makers for enterprise Learning and Development
  • Sales-driven and results-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Coachable
