SSA is currently hiring Baking, Culinary, Dim Sum and Barista Trainer. Our ideal candidate will be someone who has prior experience in training, possess full ACTA qualification, love to interact with adults, is optimistic, cheerful and possess good command in English.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct training courses for adults
Ensure that the material for the training is sufficient. To alert the person in charge to replenish the ingredients if it is not sufficient
Conduct demo sessions in roadshows as and when management requires
Other duties as what deemed fit by the management
Job Requirements
Minimum diploma in the related fields
Has a full ACTA qualification
Possess basic training experience for at least 1 year
Passionate about cooking and baking, teaching and sharing his / her knowledge and skills to others
Able to train adults in an optimistic, cheerful, and fun manner
Must be able to converse in Mandarin in order to teach Mandarin speaking participants
Possess good English command in both written and oral communication
For Baking Trainer
Minimum 1 year working experience in F&B industry particularly in baking and dessert creation
For Culinary/Dim Sum Trainer
Have certificates in Asian culinary preparation/ dim sum preparation and cooking
Must have experience in preparing and cooking dim sum
Minimum 1 year working experience in F&B industry particularly in dim sum creations/ baking and dessert creation
For Barista Trainer
Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) certified or equivalent
Possess the full ACTA/ACLP qualification
At least 1 year of working experience in the F&B industry and in coffee chains

Offer suitable WSQ training programmes for Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents
Collect payments made by participants in cash and SkillsFuture Credit
Process all registrations and complete the transaction online for SkillsFuture payment
Follow up participants with other courses that will be suitable for them in their journey of lifelong learning and career upgrading
Attend training and briefing conducted by the company to ensure that the knowledge and skills possessed are always updated
Provide further advisory to participants who require more information about the courses they are going to attend / already attended
Manage onsite roadshow independently and ensure all transactions and registrations are updated to the supervisor daily

Finalised the wills writing. Upon completion of review by supervisor, arrange for clients meet up for wills acceptance and signature
Perform house visit for client who are physically immobile
Collect fees from clients and issue receipts
Maintain and update statistical information on wills prepared for weekly management reports on work performed
Assist clients in the application of Grant of Probate and Letters of Administration
Perform research and development to improve on product offering
Client Engagement
To maintain positive customer service with internal and external customers
Ancillary Support
Assist in all marketing and business development efforts to increase market share
