A teambuilding activity is always a great way to get your employees out of the office and have some fun. 

Pioneer Primary School employees made the decision to conduct their teambuilding exercise outside and they selected cake decorating. They were given various assignments, including baking, frosting, and decorating the cakes with sprinkles or candy. 

They all collaborated to make stunning desserts that resembled works of art!
